Wonderful long term camp grounds. Manger and owners are amazing, outgoing, helpful and friendly people. Grounds are beautiful with views, walking trails, and tree coverage for shade. Quiet park with friendly, respectful neighbors. If that is what you are looking for, this is a great place. Fences and storage are allowed under guidelines set. Exactly what I was searching for. Dog friendly place and people. So glad I stumbled upon it.

We stayed here for months while my husband was working and have traveled the last 11 years and will tell you right now this is one of the best Rv parks around! They have access to Hamilton creek for kayaking and fishing and on top that they have walking trails for you and your furry four legged friends! It a quiet and lovely place and just right outside of marble falls for your restaurant and stores!! My husband and I will definitely be back out of our way or not this is the place to stay!! And the manager is lovely and always try’s to accommodate anything in reason!! If I could 10 star it we would!

The management is very rude. They require a 400 dollar deposit, which is much higher than the Rv parks in the area. They had a lot of water leaks (main water line) while I was here, I can think of at least 6-7 water leaks in the 8-10 months that we stayed there. Also would not give me a signed copy of my lease when I left. I would not recommend this Rv park however, you make your own decision on it. Review Continued: Just to be clear, I have not mislead anyone. Everything that I have said is 100 percent accurate. The management of the park was rude to my family. The deposit for the park is 400 dollars, which is higher than the parks in the area. There were 6-7 water leaks in the time that I stayed at the park. I even helped repair one of the leaks myself. Also, just to clarify, this was before the week that Texas was frozen over. And the management of the park did refuse to give me a signed copy of my lease when I left. So, this review is not misleading for whom it may concern...

900.00 to move in. 450.00 month. No website. I called at 8:44pm and after owner heard me say I'm on a fixed income and I can't do it all at one time. She was rude and hung up on me. Bad 1st impression. Is all of the highlands lakes area RV parks rude to fixed income people? 30 parks won't take my income or are to high. Inflexable. Where is the love, compassion?
