Lovely camp site at a fair price. Found it to be quiet and clean. Our site didn't have a fire pit so staff quickly delivered one, it arrived before we had returned back to our site from the office. The whole place has a homey feel, all of the permanent residents we met were very friendly.

What a hidden gem!! Huge cedars, gorgeous mountain views, big sites, full hookups, flush toilet bathrooms & showers, great playground!! Amazing privacy but not closed in so you can meet new people! Under new ownership and the work put into the place really shows. Extremely welcoming and caring managers on site as well to make your stay so comfortable. We will be back to explore the area more!! Highly recommend checking this place out!

I thought this was going to be an enjoyable 4 months, but I cut that in half!! Half of the park campers are friendly and neighborly and the other half only want to cause you issues. If anyone has a problem, they go behind your back and complain to the board of directors rather than being a neighbour and having a direct word with you. There are cameras everywhere with NO SIGNAGE stating that your are under 24 7 SURVEILLANCE. They take photos of your minding your own business. There is no privacy and my right to peaceful enjoyment was constantly disrupted. I pride myself in integrity and kindness and this has been a good experience for the few I have met and bonded with, but absolutely horrible overall! The bathrooms have been closed for over a year because they do not hire a maintenance person to maintain the park. Only stay here if it is brief and you won't mind being kept a close eye on at all times.

WARNING - BATHROOMS CLOSED DUE TO COVID - it doesn't show anywhere in the public areas of their website. Aside from that hitch, we had a great stay here (well, there was other trouble, but it had nothing to do with the site!) Variety of site sizes, and varying degrees of privacy, but on the whole pretty good. Site are rented through individual owners, and Monique with Site 121 is a great person! Two playgrounds, and the older one is super unique, my kids loved it.
