Really nice facility for large gatherings. A bit dated (as many of these camps are), but everything you need is there on the expansive property. Large banquet hall with kitchen facilities and cozy sitting area with fireplace. Lots of spots for vehicles, trailers, and tents, but no plug-ins. Was there for a wedding and the views were tough to beat!
A little difficult to get there, but beautiful scenery and the wedding we went to was absolutely wonderful! The reception was so much fun it is a great venue.
Amazing! I went there for a wedding! As long as you expect what it is which is a girl/boy scouts camp area so the cabins are set up as such with nothing but bunks. The lodge is cute and homey. The warden is literally the nicest, sweetest old man I have ever met! He wants hugs and wants to treat you like you are family! So sweet. The area is beautiful and we got to experience the Solar Eclipse here which was absolutely stunning! I will definitely be back with a family reunion.
As noted by another reviewer, if you're trying to get to the Central Idaho 4H camp managed by the U of I extension, this is not it/the address is wrong. There is another maps listing that is correct. The camp is absolutely GORGEOUS and is located off of State Highway 75 (on the left if you're heading north)! I had my wedding there and was completely blown away by both the location and the camp itself. We had a number of guests use this address to get there, though, and they all ended up in the wrong place!
Kids we camped here for their Soil Conservation camp. They had a great time. The buildings seemed spacious, lots of room for events. Bathrooms were old times with half stalls so prepare yourself.
