Central Park

Me and my husband have been renting a lot from this park since April 2024, and we absolutely love it here. Each and everyone of the employees are sweet, polite, and always have a smile on their face. Not one compliment about anything here. We will definitely be renewing our lease at the end of our current one. Keep up the good hard work Central Park. Y'all rock!

Moved in to the park at the end of June! Have mainly only dealt with Yvonne. She has been very pleasant and easy to work with. Great on communication through email. Anytime I have any questions/concerns etc she is always quick to get back to me! Park is nice and kid friendly. My boys love going down to play basketball 🏀! Great park!!

I don’t know what else other people has experience, but we did not see none of that during our three years stay at this resort, Miss Yvonne and Sylvia was the most kindest understanding personal we ever met and very knowledgeable of the city and thing to do around the resort itself. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Ms.Yvonne and Sylvia and the staff are always on top of things to make sure all guest have their best stay I wish we could take the staff along with us to any place we decide to RV at but I’m pretty sure we’ll see you all again on our next stay to this location also what I love about this resort is that the lots are updated. There are some permanent residents but most are very friendly and (the resort) do not allow for display of political views on their lot site as we have seen at other RV places we have been to that do allow. Depending on your view This could be a big determining factor of choosing to pay into a lot rental at a resort. I’m glad that this resort didn’t allow it. I was told it happened at a point in time but we never seen it during our stay. This RV resort is very fair with everyone, regardless of race, creed or believes. Some cons we have experienced falls on some already long term resident that do not take a liking to your kind. But majority of the residence are cool and friendly. The laundry facility does need a look at (review) by management or ownership as it has a mind of its own but it’s usable until the smell of pet urine on washed clothing or technology decide otherwise also I would look into a pet washing machine only set or area designated for pet Materials / clothing washing only. 🤣 the laundry facilities are cashless I do express to you to download the laundry app CSC go laundry app.

No!! Just No!! We have stayed at many Sun Outdoors before and loved them all. This place does not need to ba a part of that brand. It is literally a run down trailer park that happens to have RV sites. Instantly felt uneasy about the whole area. Didn't feel safe or comfortable. I'm a retired combat vet, if that campground made me feel uneasy... it's saying something. Wannabe gang banger lookalikes walking around, some teenager/young adult on a dirt bike with no shirt and wearing his shorts down to his lower thighs pretending to shoot at things. I mean No! Just hell NO!!!! We left within the first 5 minutes, never even unhooked our RV.

I have stayed here several times. We have only encountered rudeness and witnessed the manager in the office talk down to her employees. The office employees I believe it’s a young lady and a young man are very sweet and super helpful. The same can’t be said about their supervisor Yvonne she was continuously rude to us and even to her employees when they would try and ask her to questions about our reservation. I believe that the property would run a lot better if the management works harder on the way they interact with both residents, guest, and their employees. A smile and some type of patience goes a long way. I have not only took the time to leave a review on here but to also file one through their corporate office. I understand the job in the office may be stressful but that’s something that needs to be dealt with individually without a change in attitude or in the quality of the service. Overall I sadly don’t see myself returning unless things change for the good. I see that they take their time to reply to all reviews and I don’t care for a reply on mine. Writing to me won’t change nothing taking action will so I hope that action is taken.
