Cool little campground to stay at. They did cram 7 sites into 6 now which made it a little difficult for parking and determining where your campsite is. Two of the seven sites had water, all of the sites had electricity, and none of them had sewer, but did have a dump station. We stayed at site 7, which was kind of cool because you looked out at rhinoceroses and zebras throughout the day. Unfortunately the downside to that was that there were a lot of flies. The pads need some more work to be level as well. It is unique in that you are camped right next to the zoo, which allows for easy access to parks, softball fields, pools, playgrounds, and many more. The site had showers and bathrooms. If this site had better defined spots, level pads, a fire pit for each site, & water for each site - I would have rated this campground 4 out of 5.
cute little place to stop for a night or two. We were met with some other RV campers, who were very friendly and welcoming. Washrooms are clean, campsites are well managed, and the kids really liked sleeping next to a zoo. There was a lot for them to see and explore. We didn't actually have time to visit the zoo, but when we come back we definitely will!
Great child friendly zoo, the goats and carousel were their favorites.
Who doesn't love the zoo Goats and llamas are so fun Have to say the honey badgers were my favorite, they were active the day we went and an interesting pair for sure.
Cool little campground! You are essentially camping right in the zoo and we could watch the zebras and orangutan from our camp! No sewer or water hookups, but there isn’t a site that isn’t near the bathrooms and the bathrooms/showers are clean and well kept. Fun little spot for a few days stay :)
