Champagne Lakes RV Resort

Champagne Lakes was very friendly and professional! It was my first RV Resort and I couldn't have picked a better first stop! I had to communicate with both of the ladies at the front desk and they were both Amazing. Now to the main point. The site. **Very spacious, well kept concrete pad. **The fresh water, drain and electrical connections were in excellent condition. No voltage spikes or damage to any of my electrical components. **Plenty of parking for your tow vehicle and guests **Three small lakes with Fishing until dusk. **Everyone who was staying here is very friendly. Not many people are bustling around but when you see someone they're very friendly. **Propane service was excellent. Showed up within 2 minutes of my service request. ****GATED COMMUNITY**** I felt very safe at night knowing the gates closed at 6:00pm and an access code is required to get into the property. This is one of the best benefits in my opinion.

Champagne Lakes RV Park is a hidden gem! This park offers an incredibly peaceful and serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The lake is absolutely beautiful and provides a picturesque setting that I never tire of enjoying. What I appreciate most is the quiet environment—there’s no loud partying or disturbances, making it a truly tranquil retreat. The park is meticulously clean and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the care and attention the staff put into the property. It feels secure, adding an extra layer of comfort to the stay. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, Champagne Lakes RV Park provides an ideal blend of natural beauty, cleanliness, and calmness. Highly recommended!

I love living here! It took me a minute to get used to downsizing but I love it here! Relaxing plenty of space and the pool is wonderful! I adore the people here too!! I am so glad I did it!! Also I LOVE Donna and Dee at the office! This is going to be my home for a long time!!

My experience at Champagne Lakes has been very peaceful. We have a clean well taken care of park. Most people are friendly. I feel I can leave my belongings and no one will bother anything. Pool is clean. Great office staff. I have all kinds of packages delivered. No problem. My concerns are always dealt with in a professional manner. I really feel at home here.

Stayed at Champagne Lakes for a little over 2 years. Very clean and beautiful park, most neighbors are friendly. Park is super accommodating to new customers. However, new park management is very unprofessional and rude, especially to those departing the park. New management seems to just be the money hungry average corporate greed type. We LOVED the previous management (CJ), owner was very friendly and understanding. Ever since new management has arrived, prices hiked and many left, and new staff/management isn’t very friendly. A lovely park, but just very disappointed in their so called “customer service”.
