We love coming here. Staff is really helpful. And really takes the time to help out customers. I would recommend this campground anytime. We had issues with booking and Joe got back to me and took care of everything.
we stayed at the Charlie Brown campground on our way to Lake Compounce amusement park. I had foolishly forgotten to book a campsite at the amusement park, so I was frantically calling campgrounds on the way there Charlie Brown campground happen to be the first one, and even though it was only a few hours, before arrival, and we would arrive after close. The owner was very accommodating and open the gate for us after hours because we were only camping in our car. The facilities were very clean and peaceful and the river is a great spot to swim. It’s a nice spot if you’re just looking to have somewhere to spend the night. very kind owner highly recommend.
