Beautiful park, several well kept trails, but not well marked in many spots. I believe there should be more blazers. There are 2 parking lots but only in March and already had to wait for a spot. Restrooms were closed in the 1st week of March and only one was open in the 2nd week. There are playgrounds, picnic areas and it's very dog friendly.

Cheesequake state park overall is nice. Easy hiking trails, 4 major trails yellow, red, green and blue. Green trail is the longest around 3 miles of course if you have extra energy go for all trails. The park has 2 major lakes, plenty of parking spot. Most of trails are covered by sand and the hill ramp not very slop. Kids and elderly are friendly and prefect for beginners. I met a group of senior citizen their age from 65-80, they like this park. Few spot area have wood steps, for those who don’t like steps keep in mind. I took a star out because most bathroom were closed, only park office and picnic area bathroom were open.

It's nice here. There are hiking areas where you can exercise. The hiking facilities here are clearly marked, it is not easy to get lost, and it is suitable for bringing children. It is also a good choice to open a children's paradise and a beach inside after hiking.

Very nice park ! It has a few trails options with different levels of difficulty so you can choose the one you like. It also has some hunting facilities, but they are closed on Sundays.

Cheesequake State Park one of our beautiful state parks. Trails Yellow, Blue, Red and Green are a fun walk or hike. Yes we know about the Crabbing Bridge but do you know about the second pond Perrine. I first came here in the early 90's. When I returned as an Adult. I was at the Crabbing Bridge when my fishing license fell into the creek. Thankfully an truly appreciated the State employees found it and mailed it back to me. You want to swim or splash around in the water have fun. You want to be a big kid there are two swings you can return to your childhood on. The playground is too small for you it's for the little ones to have fun and burn themselves out. Grills in the allotted area by the Day Area is for relaxing lounging. Drop a blanket or pitch a tent or some chairs and table have a picnic. Concession stand bathrooms and Lifeguard station. It's been a minute since I have been here. I forget how nice and quaint Cheesequake is.
