When you order a hash brown bowl and this is what you get. It’s RIDICULOUS keep in mind is NOT the first time this happens. Let’s do better Chick- Fila and give people what they paid for.

Very delicious food and very kind people. I am typically served by Hannah who is a nice person and always recognizes my girlfriend and I. This Chick-fil-A has always been very clean and even when something on my order is incorrect they fix it promptly and are not disrespectful.
Went through the drive through and the gentleman was waiting as if he was going to take our order. He said did you place your order at the box I said no . He refused to take my order because it was cold. Had to wait in the damn coned line 15 to even get out. Got up to the window asked for the manager and she said yes they were sending ppl back through due to doing the same thing. I’m sorry but you can’t just change your damn rules when you want so ridiculous. I hate this place half the time the drive thru person is up your ass at your window and you can’t even look at the menu. Now you refuse service because it’s cold, the guy was out there getting payment what’s the difference
