I enjoyed the new Smashburger, my Wife went with the classic Chicken Fajitas. Both were delicious. Our server was great. The restaurant was clean. Quite alot of food for the price these days. Have to give 5 stars.

From the moment we walked in, we were met with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress, Melissa, was absolutely wonderful ... she was attentive, friendly, and always checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. We were also impressed by Amanda, the general manager, who took the time to check in on us as well. She was professional, warm, and clearly dedicated to providing top-notch service. It's always great to see management so involved and committed to guest satisfaction. The food was delicious, served fresh and hot, and the overall experience was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal with outstanding service!
Tough experience. Our waitress was super nice so nothing against her. My chicken sandwich came raw, and I mean RAW as could be and I didn’t notice it until after I took a bite. Waitress was super shocked and took it back and took it off my bill. Manager came over and explained what happened…didn’t make me feel any less nauseas. Went with the burger instead and it was fine just wicked greasy. This experience may have turned me off to any Chilis going forward.
What a kickoff to the weekend!!! My wife and I got amazing service from all at the Plainville, MA Chilli's and amazing food! Lauren, our waitress was incredible and made us feel right at home. The food was perfect. The overall experience was perfect! Thank you ALL so much! We will be back! : )
Super disappointed- I’ve never had any issues with this location besides the one time i’ve chosen to do takeout rather than dine in. My order was wrong which wasn’t the biggest deal but also contained more than half of both orders being undercooked pink chicken. Just ended up throwing the entire order away after that
