Our verdict is mixed. The camp is pretty derelict at this time. Only 3 of the 8 campsites are useable due to downed logs and small trees that have taken over. The lake is really scenic and has lots of great hiking trails nearby. There is no running water. Bathroom was clean. There is a nice campfire area near the lake as well.

There is a beautiful camp here with a large lodge and established tent camp sites. Additionally the lake is small but beautiful. You can park on the highway and walk in which is only a few hundred feet down the road or you can drive in if the gate is open.

We really didn't attend the camp here, we just pulled over to use the vault toilet at the pullout which was clean and not smelly and nicely supplied with tissue. It appeared at just the right time. No water or hand sanitizer. We carry a bottle of soapy water for this purpose.

It's more interesting to cross country ski than to hike, imo. Less busy than some other spots in the area.

I just used the parking area. There were no restrooms that I could see. Quite area. Lots of mosquitoes.
