Beautiful place for camping! Few spots, but quiet. No signal. Cold at night. Coyotes can be heard and seen. Clean bathrooms and showers (please keep them clean!). Lots of trails, but no dogs allowed. No charcoal or grills, only gas.
Amazing and gorgeous escape from LA! Only 40 minutes from downtown. The hills are unreal. $10 entrance fee. Trails available (didn't hike them). Great views even from the car. Beautiful green grass. Highly recommend a visit!
Went through the Chino Hills entrance ($10 parking, free with state park pass). Lots of trails (research beforehand). Parked a mile in (parking available). Took photos/videos, which turned out great. Parked at the horse stable and did the moderate Bane Ridge Trail. No wildlife seen. Great escape from city life. 7.5/10 overall.
Very beautiful, especially in the right season. Great views of the park and Inland Empire. Recommend the Pomona Trail for a hike date. Nice park rangers.
Dog owners: Dogs are NOT allowed on any trails. Cool park! Will return without my dog.
