Horrible treatment of myself and family. On the Choice Hotel member site they advertise free Hot breakfast as all Choice Hotels do. This is cold hard-boiled egg, cold cereal, and most of the bread for toast was gone. There were a few pieces of white bread, 1 piece of raisin bread and a few bagels. Had I know this I would have stayed down the street at the Comfort Inn where they do give you what you paid for. Then there is the matter of Big Rig Refrigerator Trucks parked along the side of the building with the generators running. The sound is louder than the TV in the room. When I complained the girl at the desk says they stay here all the time and there isn't anything she can do. I told this isn't what I am paying for and there is something she can do. She can have them move the trucks or turn off the generators. At this point she says I can't talk to her like that. I said like how? That's when I said if I need to I will start calling the police after 9pm and file a report for disturbing the peace. Then she again said I can't treat her like that, I said like what? I told her disturbing the peace is against the law and I will not tolerate this. At this point I can feel myself getting angry because of her bad attitude towards me I asked her name and she said why? Then I just walked away. Needless to say my wife won't let me call the police and I will clearly not gat any sleep because this big rig outside my window with it's generator running. Whoever read this. I suggest you go down the street to the comfort inn or anywhere else. This place should be put out of business
I was exhausted from a hectic day of errands in town (including an unplanned/on-the-fly smog check & certification), and wanting to relax. The motel I was originally booked at was basically down some back alley. I'd read some bad reviews, but to drive by it in person (and I rarely do this), I canceled the room. I was lucky they did it on such short notice. I found a "deal" online at Cielo. Nice building, clean room with a comfortable bed and an awesome shower, two things I needed. I was also right next door to a sushi restaurant and was able to walk downstairs & out the door, and straight to my dinner. My only complaint was Cielo was a bit steep on the price, all things considered. Still, I was happy to have a warm, cozy room to relax in, and the extra $ was worth it.
Make sure you are not allergic to pets hair! Rooms are not deep cleaned! Most of hotel properties I have booked reservations assigned a section for pets and the rest for any people with allergies! The typical excuse manager not on duty is not enough! I will attach a photo of dog hair I found in the room! I will not recommend to anyone this hotel ! Make sure you do your research before booking! The receptionist questioning to see if I had any more photos made me super upset because they all know is a pet friendly property! My vacation is over due to a swollen face and body! I can take legal action for this and I expect the manager to follow up!
I got their last pet friendly room at a high price over the weekend. Motel was noisy, room looked nice, small bathroom, rough towels, no xtra blanket in drawer, breakfast was a joke compared to Best Western. Would probably not stay there again
Nice place to stay. Clean and simple. Very reasonable $20 pet fee. Easy in and out and the food at the bowling alley behind it was awesome and simple to order from.
