I checked into this hotel expecting a nice, quiet location that would be safe and convenient for family and friends to visit. However, my experience turned out to be quite different. The hotel’s general manager allowed vehicles with large diesel hitches to park in reverse right next to the side of the building, close to the AC units that supplied fresh air to the rooms. As a result, for nearly 30 minutes each morning, I was exposed to the toxic fumes from these engines, which eventually led to a hospital visit. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel at all. When I confronted the general manager about my concerns, Shane laughed in my face. It's truly disappointing. Shame on you.
Everyone was very nice, the gentleman that checked us in around midnight was hilarious 😆 🤣. Maid service was amazing ,didnt expect our room being made up half way thru our stay. Breakfast was really good, a lot to choose from. Eggs,bacon,country potatoes, waffles,cereals ,oatmeal boiled eggs, yogurt juices,coffees,
Pretty good room. The beds could be a little softer and the floors are a bit dirty. The pool and fitness center are great as was the breakfast.
Very lovely hotel, landscaping and atmosphere is luscious. the pool is heated and open all year, and has hot tub. Breakfast has a large variety of options. You can walk across the parking lot for several other restaurants. Location is great. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. We stay here every time I come to STG.
The rooms were great, great for a family to stay. the service was amazing we had to call the front desk because we forgot toothpaste but it was free and they were very kind about it. the location is in a great spot right across the street from a maverik. the breakfeast was delicious. the hot tub was perfect and the pool was warm. keep it up!!!😉
