Spacious, shaded, well- maintained sites. We camped on 3 different sites #15, 16,& 3 (we extended our stay & needed to shift over). Each site had a beautiful lakeview. Enjoyed each of them.
We loved the experience from booking, questions answered, and communication. The site was clean and taken care of. Very impressive. We visit two times a year and love our time there. Each site has lake frontage at sites. We have done both primitive and electric sites and enjoyed both with our tent set up and teardrop set up. The bathrooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Nice touches of decoration. A wonderful place that we return to again and again.
I couldn't wait to leave a review! After tons of research of numerous campsites I stumbled upon this one. My family and I stayed two nights in the primitive site #7, the shoreline is right at your campsite which is private from others and is very clean, and spacious! We had great hospitality and customer service (our car battery died and they helped jump it right away, and also immediate responses when I had questions) Everything was very clean, the bathrooms with the showers were also clean. I didn't see a spec of trash anywhere! We saw lots of wildlife, and the water was amazing to swim in! Also it rained both nights while we were there but the campsite wasn't muddy, well maintained gravel drive and grass, lots of pine needles. I can't wait to come back to this location, definitely a gem!
We are currently camping here as I write this and so far it's been wonderful. It is quiet, secluded, and very beautiful with tall lab lollipines and short leaf pines growing along the lakeshores. There are wide green spaces of trees and plants between each campsite.
Amazingly beautiful and peaceful campground. Very poor cell service, which could be a blessing or a curse, depending. Full hookup campsites for RV-ers, on the water! Clean, peaceful, private, with the option of adjoining campsites if you're going with friends!
