Customer Reviews
Great location as far as proximity to clear Creek. We used the group campsite and had 7 tents. A portion of the campsite had not been mowed and was inaccessible, but that was okay because there wasn't any shade there anyway. We were able to find a nice shady spot upwind from the toilet. Toilet is pretty stinky, but they usually are. Toilet could have been cleaner, there were some questionable brown marks on the walls. I suspect the individual campsites are nicer.
Went to the day use area and did a trail ride, very Rocky some cactus and mesquite on the trail where are proper shoes for both you and your bike make sure you have good suspension on your bike travel wisely
Beautiful location and camp sights. No interaction with the camp host (they are out of town). Currently 2:30 AM and the neighbors are strung out and screaming. Go to Page Springs 👍
We stayed in Camp Verde and came here when I saw AZ Fish and Game stocks trout in the river. So glad I did, got my limit in an hour or so and ate fresh trout for dinner!!
Absolutely amazing place to sit by the river. Water clear in most areas. Running strea.. Great for dogs. We had 2 1 year old dalmatian pups..they are very big..the were able to swim in deep safe water and jump back to land and play ! For 4 hours, we had shade and food and never got bored of the beauty! Highly recommend!
