Absolety loved it. Feels safe with kids and a dog . Very clean and pleasant. The manager reminds me of my dad. They work with first responders that travel for work. Great rates.
I'm not really sure what I've been there living with my girlfriend in cabin I ask her to take care of my two cats in her no.3 cabin the Mexican woman manger is very wrongs with her friend live next no.two cabin that was very rude being cat napped my cat next to my neighbor both are really awful behaviors to be taken away from my owner's cat he name is Simon he is very sweet cat and never mean to fight with dogs and cats that's why both took him away I know that first time I caught neghibor put back in tent with trap gate and she took my cat went far to dump run drop off my cat over there , I was called my cat wasn't here I knew that before she did cat kapped and the other guy told her take it back now the cat got back and next after she planning to take him away from my owner cat at 3 cabin I know both did taken my owner cat been gone for months I'm very not really happy to that stupid neghibor for cat napped . I'm not being trust that's neghibor and manager are very wrong !! It's not being nice place in here it's been bad to steal my buddy cat been gone why the stupid manger And neghibor been took away from 3 cabin where we live at . This areas is no good for cat knapped same other trailer that lady said that her dog been gone too .. I want that two Mexican to pick out of this property now. Or I'll tell allin face book post about this property is bad stealing all of this animals both of women is Mexican manger and 2nd cabin too.
I lived there for a few years and while I was there the bathrooms where closed the Internet was very slow or not working. The rules where not enforced to everyone only who they picked on. And gate was broken most of the time. Gate code everyone had so lots of random vehicles. Also supposedly no certain breed of dogs and lots of people had Rottweilers or pitbulls. So they choose who could have that breed or not. Not too mention that the office was always closed about 80% of the time while operating hours. Not worth the$700-$750.
We had to stay here due to the Clayton fire taking out our whole neighborhood and our house, prices are very reasonable. The park has been upgraded from our last stay 6 years ago, we feel it is a very safe area due to the management. All the utilities have been upgraded, due to the heat right after the fire we had to have 50AMP power to run our AC, it worked very well. Management has always been willing to work with us, very happy and will be returning.
very good park, I recommend it, super quiet, very safe for children, very adorable small pets are allowed, the office service is excellent, the morning is always available for the tenants whenever they want or need something, no matter what time they are, they are always aware of what is happening. highly recommended
