If I could give Cloud 9 Village a negative rating, I would. Basecamp is totally fine - as their photos show. Cloud 9 is horrible! They're partners with Basecamp. I got a tent that BARELY lifted off the floor - note: I paid for the most expensive lodging they had! -. On the first morning, the tent ripped and fell on me! There was nowhere for me to stay, as Basecamp was full, and I had to move to a different hotel. They're still refusing to refund me for the stay! They said the booking was non-refundable, even though the tent was literally unlivable. I would recommend Basecamp, but would NEVER recommend Cloud 9! Photos and reality don't match up at all. They never even answer phone or email. Complete scam.
