Our group of friends rented 6 yurts for 3 nights. Each yurt has a full size bunk bed, a futon, a table and stools, shelves, and side tables. It has two porches and a large gravel area with a picnic table, fire pit, and water spigot. Six yurts (#2-7) are around a playground area and the other four are on the other side of a bathhouse. It is ideal for a group and would be nice for just a family because each yurt has a good bit of privacy. The yurt wasn’t spotless, but nothing a few Clorox wipes and the provided broom couldn’t handle. We really enjoyed having the heater. The bathhouse was decently clean with two family bathroom/shower rooms and a women and men with two toilets (one out of order our entire stay) and a shower stall. We easily accessed the West Rim Loop trail and the trails down to the falls behind our village.
I went into the yurt to settle in and the beds were very comfortable. there was no tv so I got to spend my time enjoying myself. This place deserves 5 stars. Really!
Yurt #2 smelled like pee as soon as you sit on the futon. Minimum stay is 2 nights. We left very early the next day simply because we can't deal with the smells. Don't go to yurt#2.
Very clean and sturdy yurts. The A/C was cold, and there was ample room inside for all of your camping/adventure gear.
