This is a great RV park! We very much enjoyed our five weeks here. The park is beautifully designed and laid out - huge sites, open grass areas around the lakes and pristine facilities. I particularly loved the landscaping - they must have spent a small fortune on all the mature palm trees and other plants that lines every site and garden beds - it is going to look fabulous when all the gardens grow up over the next few years. The manager Jim also went out of his way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great stay. We will definitely come back here!
The rv resort was very beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were well kept and maintained. I needed help with pumping my tire on my bike. The manager hooked me up with his head of maintenance to get me on my way. My only concern was a large homeless camp very close by. Guests continued to warn us about bikes being stolen and non residents coming in and using the facilities in the evenings. Because of this safety concerns I’m not sure we can return. I was reviewing this very beautiful and friendly resort for our Coachmen RV Club. With so many seniors I do not think they will want to stay here until the problem was under control. Thank you for a beautiful park and very helpful staff and manager! I hope you can get help with solving the homeless problem. Maybe law enforcement or even Riverside County Mental Health can assist! Mental Health works with that population.
We spent the month of January at this park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The RV sites are for the most part large and well laid out. The club house in centrally located in this park . Club house has large screen TVs and comfortable seating. Restrooms are clean and up to date. A fitness room is available with good equipment and TVs for your exercise needs. Laundry room located near Club House and anther on the east side of the park. Swimming pool is great and two hot tubs for your relaxing. Newer park with lots of palm trees that in a few years will add to the charm. Shopping, Walmart five miles away. Several fuel stations very near with diesel fuel. Only one complaint, Interstate 10 is close and constant truck highway noise.
Spots could be wider. Reserved a spot and it had a crane in it. Had to call and get another spot assigned. Also, the bathroom facility next to us was locked and couldn’t access. The other one was so far we had to drive to get to it and it was pretty dirty inside. It was clearly new and had a nice feel to it. There was an odd odor in the air from what seemed like something industrial nearby. For the price it wasn’t as good as it should have been. Revision 2DEC2024: Super responsive and attentive attention from management elevated consideration and rating. I will say, given their efforts I will return to patron them again since they are working hard to earn business which is greatly appreciated. 9FEB205: Returned and had a lovely time. Enjoyed their amenities a whole lot. The pool was great and really had fun with their putt putt.
Great place to stop for a night. We only did one night here and it was a refreshing break after a long travel day. The sites were gravel but level and spacious. There is plenty of room to walk dogs. We visited in January so the temperature was pleasant. The shower rooms seemed new and were clean. The laundry room was mostly clean but I used it in the evening so it was cleaner than expected based on the time of day. The resort utilized a laundry wash card/app system. The first sign I read said to use a card, but the machine was empty. I finally saw another sign across the room with app instructions. It was easy to use after that. There was not a vending machine available for detergent supplies and the gift shop was closed. It would have been nice to have some laundry supplies available for emergency purposes since I forgot my dryer balls and did not have any dryer sheets. That’s minor since it might not be profitable for the resort. We will keep this on our list of places to visit if we come through here again.
