Clean, Safe, and Convenient! The staff here are exceptionally kind and eager to help with anything you need. The gift shop has a great selection of reasonably priced items. We especially appreciated the fenced pet areas—yes, there are two! One is smaller for quick breaks, and the other offers more space for your pet to stretch out and roam. Cody itself is a gem—rich with history and full of life. Whether you're just passing through for a night or planning a longer stay, we highly recommend staying here. It's well worth taking the time to enjoy all that this vibrant town has to offer!
We stayed here with a large group for 5 days. This is by far one of the best KOAs we have stayed at over the years. The facility is very clean and has a lot of room at each site. We found the on-site bathrooms and showers were always taken care of. The store had a lot of convenient stuff plus some great souvenirs. The free breakfast was a huge hit with all the kids (and adults) in our group. You can really tell that the owners and staff take great pride in the campground and facilities. We enjoyed the playground, pool area, dog run, and basketball court. Can’t say enough nice things. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone we know traveling through. Bonus….if you’re here in summer, they have a bus that picks up and drops off from the Cody Rodeo.
Nice clean campground. A bit pricey but had lots if amenities. On line was a bit deceptive for price. It asked how many adults and pets. Then quoted a price. Upon arrival we were hit with an additional pet fee, not sure why the quote wouldn't have included that when it asked how many pets. The gal that checked us in looked disinterested in the guests and blasted through her routine of telling you where to go etc... didn't feel appreciated for the stay. Pancakes in the morning was free, but everything else cost $1-2.00 for a muffin or juice or coffee. So quickly the pancakes paid for themselves. Overall we liked the location and cleanliness at would consider staying here again.
Made reservations for the cabin for two days but we got there a day early. Thankfully they had cabin available for that night . The front desk receptionist was kind and super helpful. The cabin itself was small but is really nice and the A/C works great. The campsite itself is amazing it’s perfect place for kids. And free pancakes in the morning is a plus. I would definitely recommend this place.
Location was pristine! Cabin was super clean and had all the creature comforts you could ask for. The staff were kind and very welcoming. And the free pancake breakfast was an amazing bonus. If you come to Cody, there’s nowhere else worth staying than KOA!
