Nice remote lake and campground. I didn't camp but enjoyed the quiet and wildlife viewing! Coyotes were howling and yipping on the other side of the lake. We saw a Piliated woodpecker hawks, waterfowl, flycatchers and warblers galore. I do want to come back to camp and fish from my kayak.
The trout fishing is great and the scenery enduring. The campgrounds are well kept and a great place for a quiet getaway. There is shore fishing available close to the campgrounds if you don't have a boat to make it all the way to the end of the lake.
Pleasant place to camp and fish. Not many people during the week makes your stay quiet. Bass, crappie, and rainbows are the main fish.
Great little secluded spot with about 5 or 6 camping spots
I love this place spent a night here it was so beautiful at night as well
