Exceptionally clean room Quiet. Very quiet. Wanted a bathtub but got a hot shower. Only one negative --> the room was cleaned with a strong cleaner that left a powerfull odor in the air. The room may have been "scented" with a chemical fragrance from a device that deliberately eludes the smell. But that odor was too strong for me. 1 day later my clothes still have the smell.
The innkeeper is super friendly. I arrived early and my room wasn’t quite ready so he upgraded me. The room was cozy and warm after a long day in the snow. Very clean and minimalist. The location is quiet, peaceful and just a short distance to some of the most beautiful mountain and river landscapes.
Rooms were clean. Motel is a single story of rooms built like the old 1960s style., Heat worked well. Great location as it’s only about 3 -4 miles from the Kettle Falls boat launch. The Owners Jake and Kate are down to earth neat folks. Will for sure come aback again!
This is an older place that you can tell is slowly being brought back to life. It's very clean and beds are comfy. Great smart TV and the best coffee in the rooms. That was nice considering we had been traveling for weeks and even high end hotels have the worst coffee. The bathroom was small and shower needs some attention but bringing these old places back to life take time and money. We have family in the area and we will stay here again.
We have stayed here several times the last couple years. The rooms are always super clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are small but nice! Staff has always been super friendly too!
