Absolutely LOVE this place. From a guest perspective to an employee perspective! Property is out of this world beautiful! Guests are treated like the most important people in the world. And as a staff member, management is so supportive and truly grateful for all your hard work. I have never not been thanked and showed gratitude after completing a task. Even on the days where I just want to stay home, once I get to work, being in the midst of nature and all of the amazing staff makes it all better! They also pay their employees generously and what they're worth! I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am for this place!!
We rented two cabins for an old fashioned thanksgiving holiday. The staff was awesome. This was truly a luxury visit and nothing was missing. We created many family memories.
BEST CHRISTMAS EVER! My family has been staying at this outdoor resort for a few years now. This Christmas, we stayed in the Rock Path Cabin. This is a MUST stay for any family looking to get a little break. Kids and adults had the best time! Everything we needed was right there! We had a blast golf carting around the property, sitting by the fire, resting in the hot tub, fishing!!, walking the beautiful trails, and just enjoying our time together. The staff went above and beyond to make this trip extra special! Very accommodating! And it's secluded enough, we felt like the only ones on the property! It was an amazing Christmas vacation. We have stayed in the Lakeside cabin, rising sun cabin, and the Dream Catcher. Every single one is absolutely stunning! We did check out the new Magnolia, which is like a couple's retreat with the most beautiful bathroom overlooking the wooded area! It doesn't't even feel like you're in Ohio! Columbia Woodlands is a must!
We couldn't be happier with Columbia Woodlands. I tell everyone about it and have brought so many people with me here because I want everyone I love to experience the amazingness of this place! I always say it is magical! I've stayed here 5 times already and will stay many more. It's my goal to stay in every cabin and glamping tent at some point. We absolutely loved our stay at Columbia Woodlands. Our cabin was clean and cozy and well stocked with everything we might need. Including multiple special treats. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Superior service. The area is just beautiful and we enjoyed several tours around on the golf cart provided. We also loved the many scenic hiking trails through the woods. The view from ceremony hill is just beautiful. Plenty of wildlife to see also. We even had several turkeys strut in front of our cabin. There were many places on the property to sit and relax and enjoy a campfire that was ready to light. We also enjoyed paddling around the pond in the canoe provided. The food ( which was delivered wherever we wanted) was Delicious!! Awesome place to visit.
