The new owner is an super nice guy who has a vision of making this campground into a place like he used to manage thar was super fun family oriented with a full schedule of weekly activities to keep everyone entertained.
Haven't stayed there, looks nice enough, but no way am I paying nearly $55 to set up my tent for the night. It's a shame since I'm driving across country entirely on US Highway 6, but oh well.
First camping trip of the season, what a wonderful experience. Clean, beautiful campground. Everyone was very friendly and lots to do. We will definitely be back.
