Conrad Crossing Campground is known for its simple yet welcoming atmosphere. The campground features two unique riverfront sites that are highly sought after due to their limited availability and prime location. Site 1 offers ample space to accommodate multiple tents and provides patchy views of the river, while Site 2 boasts a unique "patio" area with direct riverfront access, perfect for setting up canopies and chairs. Both sites offer shaded areas, ensuring guests stay cool under the trees during sunny days.
The campground's amenities include fire pits, picnic tables, and a dump station, making it easy for guests to relax and enjoy their stay. While the vault toilets are functional, they may require more frequent cleaning to enhance the overall camping experience.
Customer feedback highlights the unique charm of Conrad Crossing Campground. Many visitors appreciate the serene environment, shaded areas, and the opportunity to camp right by the river. The limited number of riverfront spots adds to their exclusivity, making them well worth the effort to secure a reservation. Simple yet wonderful camp ground. Had pumped water and is right on the river. Only 2 spots on the river but well worth the price.
Well-groomed and nicely shaded, quiet. Vault toilet a bit neglected by cleaning crew. Campsite 1 can easily accommodate four tents comfortably, has patchy views of the river. But the smaller Site 2 has a river view “patio” with space for a canopy and chairs….quite unique.
There are 2 shady campsites with river access and a view of the river. They are right next to a boat launch, so could be noisy at times. More campsites are on the other side of the highway. We didn't stay because both sites were full when we went there, but we had a picnic there the next day - very nice spot.
This campground needs a bit of TLC on the bathrooms. That being said, you are camping and at this time there is no fee. Spaces are down by the crik. People rafting and floating will enter and exit the water from this campground. The spots by the water are nice and it is a primitive site with fire rings and some run down picnic tables. Despite being run down... it is awesome being so remote.
Great camp place many places and fire pits and excellent for rafting groups
