The owners are rude and disrespectful. Nobody cleans up after their dogs , there’s permanently residing noisy/destructive neighbors who have immunity from getting in ANY trouble. There’s never any parking for actual residents because of all the people who come to sleep/ buy dope in the Parking lot. This place is a joke , go to Oakley or bethel island . Oh , and the amps blow if you use more than one appliance at a time inside your RV , my boyfriend had to pay out of his own pocket to replace the breaker for TWO SPACES because the manager “couldn’t get a hold of the maintenance guy” . A JOKE
I didn't pay for parking, only paid $1 to get in and I only bought a corn dog, a deep fried Twinkie and a lemonade and spent $20. Cute critters. Nice art. Nothing more.
Pretty good for a fairground rv park. The hosts are great, 30 amp full hookups to every site. Pretty tight spots but only $30/night. No reservations, first come first serve, stay as long as you want.
I just spent several a nights in the overflow area of the camp and was extremely disappointed in the conditions. Nothing was paved or had gravel down and after a two day rain it was a quagmire. I had to pull two people out of the mud so they could get to solid ground to park their car. Why don’t you take some of the generated revenue and at least bring in some gravel. I sure won’t be back.
Nice place to stay, pretty quiet. Park host was really nice. Back in spaces, only 18 spaces but there was plenty of room when we were there.
