Lovely campground with lots to explore. Had a lot of fun with some friends. Owners are super kind!

This was once my favorite campground, the previous owner Jerry was so kind, courteous and welcoming. Unfortunately this is not the case with the new owner. I’ve camped there a few times since and it has sure changed. What made me finally post this review is that my sister and I recently booked a weekend camping trip and put a 50% deposit down. A week before our trip, my sister’s son took his life. I personally called the campground to let them know we could no longer make it due to his sudden death. After trying to explain the situation I was rudely interrupted and told “just say it, you want to cancel??” Then when I asked about the deposit, “did you read the policy?!” No refund. I was blown away, no compassion whatsoever. It was so disheartening to hear such ugliness from him. Keep your $86.50.. Money doesn’t buy character, empathy or basic human kindness.

My family stayed at CoolWaters a few weeks back and stayed in Cabin 1. Truly the most picturesque setting, with the most peaceful nights. The tree leaves weren't at peak at the time, but still gorgeous, nonetheless. The owners were so accommodating. Every site was exceptionally clean. Hot showers, and tidy bathrooms. We plan to make the trip to CoolWaters every year from here on out! Thank you, CoolWaters!

Great rustic campground, stayed at site 102 on 9-1 thru 9-3, nice showers and washroom. Good shade on corner tree surrounded lot. Great spot if you want to be on the Pine or hike in the area. June 26, 2020 stayed again on lot 102 for 2 nights. Great place!

Coolwaters on the Pine Campground is one of the Best campgrounds we've stayed at. The campground is family friendly with large lots. They are capable of hosting large groups. Can't say enough good things about the owners David & Angelica, super nice people!!! Highly recommend!

Coolwater On The Pine has always been my go-to campground all my life. I have coming here since I was in my Ma's belly, it's like a second home. My family and I camp here any chance we get!
