The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Provided no linens for the cabin. Refused to return my security deposit because I cut my finger while cooking and there was a small amount of blood in the cabin, which I offered to clean up if they could provide me with supplies (I had none on me) and they kept my $200.00 for this reason. I felt unsafe at this campground also the maintenance workers were mean, especially David. I asked him for the code to get my car back in the gate and he would not provide me the code and was nasty about it. Unprofessional, rude, and unethical. My advice stay somewhere else.
I will say the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The cabin we stayed at was absolutely not cleaned. The filters in the ac units were full of mold. The fan in the bathroom was not working it was so dirty. We cleaned all of this it was not worth the hassle. The floors looked as if they might have been cleaned opening day. Not since. There is not a lot to do there. We were ready to go after the first couple of days. We would not spend the ridiculous amount of money again for what we got...
One of the better campgrounds we have been too. Sights are nice and roomy. Did not feel cramped.
Excellent experience from the moment of booking till check out. Each interaction we had with staff was friendly and positive. The cabin was clean as well as comfortable. The only ding was the tennis/pickleball area will need refurbishing.
Very nice. Enjoy our time there. Band last night was good. Oct 2024-- again, enjoyed camping here. Group of 11. Till next year
