Good for kids
A spectacular view from Copper Lake, one of the nicer camps I've ever been to. Watching the sun set on the mountains across the Chilliwack Valley was an amazing experience. One of the campsites is kind of on the island/peninsula on Copper Lake and not easy to find in the dark or near dark. It was kind of muddy when we were there. Would be a great spot if allowed to dry. The site has a bear locker for food and a composter toilet. This camp is up on the ridge so be aware that if the weather is bad, you can get snow even in September.
Copper Lake is beautiful. We could only find 2 campsites, though signs pointed to 3 sites. Possibly the best view from a composting toilet that you will find.
