  • "I lived here for a couple of months while going to college in Redmond, and it was always a lovely, quiet environment. Perfect for studying. The views are gorgeous! And the convenience store is only a minute walk away. Don't let the bad reviews scare you. They've made many improvements, and the place is much better now."
  • "I moved my RV to Copper Ridge RV Park in Oct 2024. The restrooms and showers are nice, and the host is on-site. There are plenty of things to do in and around Crooked River Ranch. The store, propane, and everything I need are here. It's nice and peaceful with great views. I highly recommend it."

I don't know where to begin. We were there for 7 nights. We wanted to move but because it was a holiday weekend we had no where close to go to. If this was strictly pleasure we would've just left but we had appts to make. Anyway, the website is totally deceiving. There is nobody on site even though it says 3-6 is check in time. There is nothing but weeds, no maintenance person or camp host. Nobody was there to clean the showers the whole time we were there. The washing machine has been broken since Dec 2023, the vending machines were filthy and empty. The so called green space they had was full of weeds and the kids swings had a couple feet of growth around it. The picnic tables looked like something out of Dr Seuss, they are so warped. Most people in the park are permanent residents. Early morning, 4:30am, domestic dispute outside. I get the feeling the owners just don't care, they have another business and seem to ignore this one. They are not easy to reach. I would never recommend this place. Maybe the early days it was very nice but now, it's dumpy.

Me and my family traveled here for a vacation and as we showed up there was an empty camper in the spot we were supposed to be i in. the bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper. The vending machines don’t work and stole our money besides one and it gave out expired soda from 2020! We never received any of the amenities promised on the website and couldn’t go to the pool! There is also no WiFi. The washer is still broken after seeing reviews of it out of service 8 months ago in December it’s now June. Once here we tried to get ahold of the owners for 2 days about everything and no response no one here to check in and no camp host. The kids playground is right next to a bunch of bricks like how is that safe!? Don’t recommend staying here!

Resort??? Did you mean dump??? Pickup your trash that has been blowing across the road for a year!! When is the bank auction on all 4 of your lots?? Hopefully the new owners have a sense of community and run it as a resort not a campground with dirt bikes ripping in and out, domestic disputes, trash everywhere, etc.. FYI most the good reviews are the partner Grogan and his family. How many businesses, in 3 years, has Ryan Dean ran into the ground??! UPDATE 10/17/2024 ANOTHER visit from the sheriff . Individual was completely unhinged. Deputy even questioned his mental state and thinks he will have to return soon and deal with him again. Lunatic was still yelling and cussing . I asked why he isn’t arrested for disturbing the peace?? Dang sure disturbing my peace and I’m across the road.. NO manager or owner onsite to deal with it???!!??!!??
