Coronado Campground Introduce
Coronado Campground offers an affordable camping experience for travelers visiting the Albuquerque area. Nestled at 106 Monument, Bernalillo, NM 87004, this RV park provides a convenient base for exploring nearby attractions. With its close proximity to popular landmarks such as a renowned brewery/restaurant, a casino, and an exceptional golf course, Coronado Campground is ideally situated for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.
- Prime Location: Just minutes away from dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities, making it a perfect spot for travelers and locals alike.
- Affordable Rates: A budget-friendly option without compromising on essential amenities like electric hookups (though voltage can be inconsistent at times).
While the campground offers great value, visitors have noted a few areas for improvement. Some sites may not be perfectly level, requiring extensive use of leveling jacks. Additionally, the park's facilities show signs of wear and tear, and guests should be cautious of goat heads in certain areas.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Coronado Campground continues to attract visitors with its central location and low prices. Many campers appreciate the convenience of being close to dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities, making it a worthwhile choice for budget-conscious travelers.
Customer Feedback: Reviewers highlight the campground's prime location as a major plus, with easy access to local attractions. However, they caution that renovations are overdue and suggest that minor investments could elevate Coronado Campground to one of the best RV parks in the area.

Decent campground for the price. There is no gate, so folks sneak in late at night and leave in the morning sometimes. Electric hookup in site A is slightly sketchy (low voltage). But the price is cheap and the location is great
Pros: Great location. Walking distance to a great Brewery/Restaurant. A block away from a casino and amazing golf course. Cons: Clearly not renovated recently, kinda run down, goat heads everywhere (check your shoes before going in your RV). Many sites not level at all. Had to max out my leveling jacks and still not level. If the city would drop some money it could be one of the best RV parks ever based on location.
Easy in and out for a nights stay - we arrived late and left early. Close to highway. Priced very economically vs the KOA in the same area. Right by a brewery that we will visit next time. Nice guy checked us in. Seems like all the spots are pull throughs (check on that). Yes, the water connection was far away and on the wrong side of the rig. Get your extension hose out. All are 30 amp, so bring your adapter for your 50 amp rig. I’ll be back for a passin’ through visit!
Nice clean campground.water hose isn't very close to the camper. Cute little shade shelters over the picnic tables.(although site #10 was in the hot sun on the table all afternoon)
Car camped here for a night at the last minute. Paid $30 for the smallest RV site. I would love to camp here again just to visit the historical site right next door.
