I enjoyed accessing a relatively shallow area on the river here; however, it was a super sunny day, and my friend's campsite had no trees near by. We were sizzling in the heat. Other campsites were completely covered by trees, and we watched as they comfortably camped under the canopy. Depending on which site you end up with when the park is full, it is a very nice and clean park to camp at. Each site I saw had a table, bench, fire ring, and I didn't look for an electric outlet so I can't say if they had electricity or not. The bathroom is a large stone outhouse with sanitizer & a toilet roll (which were both empty, but I had brought my own as I had anticipated this), labeled as male or female. The doors do lock, thankfully. An overall pleasant experience. We found an empty site, with a bench and shade to play board games on! Parking is located at each individual's campsite. I didn't stay the evening, so I don't know how the payment for each site works.
