The spots where nice and we could park our van under the canopy. Worst part is the 24x7 noise. It sounded like a huge airplane idling next to us. We wanted to stay a week, but left after 2 days. It was unbearable!

Nice Place to stay a few nights. The Footpaths are not that good and it gets coold during night time. Plenty of space. And dry Wood for Bonfires. I met very friendly people here. Recommend it for Nature lovers.

I think for day use it's probably cool. But for camping not at all. The camps are too close to each other and I had a bad neighbor who just had been there too long and was crazy. So I ended up having to leave before I could enjoy the campsite.

Drove down today 3/18/14 or tried to, road was flooded over quarter mile before reaching area. River is high due to recent rains, but question is, does it always flood? Haven't seen any comments to suggest so. Hate to be caught at campsite with no way out.

Camping here was so much fun! I met new friends who were in the campsite next to me. We all felt very safe, the site was clean, and except for the bugs biting my camping experience here was great. I used lots of Deep Woods Off but there were still bothersome flies in some areas. You just have to move to a space where they aren’t so bad. I will definitely come back here to camp!
