Wonderful owners. Clean and quiet grounds. Shower house is spotless. Food from the restaurant is amazing. 24 hr laundry on site. Have a place to store our boat. Have our own boat ramp. It's very convenient with the general store opening soon. We love it here.
After traveling and residing to over 10+ RV parks, this is the Best. It's a small friendly park, with outstanding owners. Zach is very approachable, caring and accommodating. The staff is extremely helpful, as well, and you have a restaurant on site with wonderful views. I've found my home! Thank you Cottonport.
Although this isn't some fancy marina for big boats, we were very pleasantly surprised with our overnight stay. We have a Sundancer 370 and were headed up-river and called to reserve an overnight. The owner said that we could stay on the fuel dock due to our size, and that there was room for others to still get fuel. Got in late afternoon and decided to eat at the restaurant. I wasn't expecting anything fantastic, but we were hungry and tired. Wow! I was surprised. My cheesesteak sliders were super tasty, and my husbands cheeseburger he said was also very good. Reasonable prices on the food and nice place to sit and look at the lake. Their store did not have a lot left due to being the end of the season. The campground bath-house could use some attention and cleaning, but there was good hot water and it did the job. Worth a drive just to grab a bite to eat:)

Cottonport Marina and RV Resort is a great family-friendly park located on the main channel of the Tennessee River and operated by outstanding owners. Zach and his staff are extremely friendly, caring, and accommodating. Their on site Restaurant serves a must try Fried Fish Dinner on Friday Evenings. The dining area features large windows with a beautiful view of Chickamauga Lake where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Handicap accessible restrooms and bathhouse are always nice and clean, a laundromat is also available. Kids can enjoy playground equipment and a basketball court. This is also a Pet Friendly location. Available conveniences include a Store stocked with Snacks, RV supplies, and Bait and Tackle. Propane and Gasoline are also available.
