My family stayed here for several days in the context of a cross country trip. It has a limited number of full hookup sites (with sewer), and those sites are a little on the narrow/small side. However, it's a nice park and we met several really nice people while staying here for a few days. The lake water is quite low, so access for things like fishing is strained. However, they have a nice fishing dock that's handicap accessible, and really well done. The kids enjoyed some rod time here, even though we didn't catch anything. Elk City is close by and a neat town to visit with lots of Route 66 history.

Nice sites in Cottonwood Campground. Section 1 hosts a ring of tent sites along with outside parameter without electricity and the center has RV pull through sites with 50 amp service, water and sewer connections. Section 2 of Cottonwood Campground is mostly back in sites with electricity (not sure if 30 amp or 50 amp) and water connections. Section 3 Cottonwood Campground is the first sites as you enter the campground. Foss lake is not visible from Cottonwood's sites.

Our spot was awesome! Staying another night! Clean, close bathroom. Park for the kids. Shady area. This is the best camping place we have ever been to !👍 Highly recommend Foss State Park!

Decent spacing and very quiet. Good road into the sites, solid water pressure and stable electric. Our site had 20/30/50 amp service but the plugs were a little bit worn. Clean restrooms and campsites with plenty of trash dumpsters. The RV dump is old school non-threaded drop in with potable flush water and convenient to all the campsites. Our campsite was CW006 and was moderately unlevel to the front and slightly unlevel on the right. Other than that, I’d camp here again!
