Enjoying Dad & Daughter Time camping 🔥🏕️ & dirt bike riding with friends. Great weather & beautiful views saw quail & cotton tail rabbits Keep your Head on a swivel when out here. I was about 2 ft from 2 head on collision, with a quad & a SXS on 2 separate rides 🙈🙉🙊 #ridewise🏍️💨💨💨🤙🏼
We camped at cottonwood for the first time on Memorial Day weekend normally we do smith forks but everything was packed! I’ll say we really liked the privacy at this campsite but beware for DUST EVERYWHERE AT ALL TIMES. LOL be prepared to covered in dust (we didn’t mind it much as that’s what will happen while riding anyway). We also encountered an army of red ants try to attack us! But we dealt with it also PHONE SIGNAL! We didn’t have signal for most of the trip but we realized the more time we spent the more signal we had, weird? After 3 days and 3 nights, we slowly loved this place. Mostly cause of the privacy of the place we got lucky to find. And we would come here again.
The ground is fairly smooth but not level. You will need lots of leveling blocks. Also the area is very windy and dust covering everything. Other than that, it is a very fun place to ride. We stayed for a week and would do it again in a heart beat.
Great spot to camp in Hungry Valley ohv. Smaller and more on the quiet side. NOTE: Verizon has "spotty" 3-4g 1-2 bar service in this campground. There are trails and even a couple nice hill climbs right out of the gate here.
Great place to spend the day. We ride enduros here. Bathrooms are clean. Lots of trails. I feel safe too. We plan to camp when the wrather is warmer. It's close to civilization so easy to find gas and quick marts.
