Cottonwood Meadows RV Park

Wonderful park ! We have been here 6 months this summer before heading to AZ next month! Stella, the manager, is awesome, Friendly & quite helpful when needed. The Park is clean and well kept at all times. We'll be back in the spring!

We have lived at Cottonwood Meadows RV Park for three and a half years. I am writing because this park is the best around (and we have been to many between Chilliwack, BC and Texas, USA) - and there are none so well-kept, peaceful and beautiful as this park. I also want to thank the park’s Manager, Stella, for her attention to detail when it concerns the park's upkeep and maintenance. I give so much credit to her for the park's success and beauty. The park runs like a well-oiled machine! Stella was always available either at the office or by phone or text for any matters that arose. She was also prompt with billing and letting us know about mail, packages, and anything that had arrived for us at the office. I also would notice her diligent morning and evening drives around the park, inspecting randomly a tenant's lot, or a possible tree or other dangerous situation that may have needed attention. I must also mention her choices to beautify the park, the entrance, and office with cute pots of lustrous and beautiful hanging flowers and scenes! The trees and bushes are always well-groomed and tenants are held to strict maintenance of their spots, making the park a clean and desirable place to live. Stella, Peter and Mike all contribute to the beauty of this place. I literally cried as we left the park on our final visit. All in all, it was beautiful and peaceful experience to share with the very fine people who visit or live there.

I was staying at the Cottonwood RV park me and my wife for 2 months. The manager Stella was very rude and unprofessional . We had a smaller trailer and she would discriminate against us, more then once question in front of other people how we can even stay in a trailer that small … after five days staying in the park she called my cell phone and asked me to go to the office . I went to the office and she said I have to leave the park because I had a party last night made a lot of noise and backed out over her garbage cans … I said “ Stella that wasn’t me you must of made a mistake we didn’t have anyone over .” She said in front of other people at the office “ your a liar !” I said excuse me and I asked her to check the cameras she called me a liar about 3 times during that Conversation. The next morning she came and apologized and said it wasn’t me so she will give me one more chance…. Also she harassed my wife by saying she was always speeding in the park but she was never speeding … I had a friend over for about 10 mins he parked in the empty lot next to my trailer , she was there in about 5 mins yelling at me that I can’t park there so we moved my friends truck . That day the neighbour next to me 2 lots down had someone park in that lot for the whole day and nothing was said to him . I felt really uncomfortable and discriminated against staying in that park because I had a smaller RV trailer. It’s ashamed how someone could be so rude and treat another person with so much disrespect as Stella did . I asked her for the owners number and she wouldn’t give it out she told me the owner don’t take calls from guest that’s her job . I would never stay in the park again it was an absolute nightmare. I’m in a different park right now and it has been an absolute pleasure with the owners and Guest who stay here . It is a much nicer park and the owners and me and my wife get along great we made new friends here ! Picking the right park makes all of the difference … if anyone is looking for a nice park to stay cottonwood RV is not the place for you unless Stella is no longer there .

Stella, the manager, displays consistently rude behavior. Due to this unpleasant experience, we have decided not to return. It appears that Stella's rudeness extends beyond just our interaction, as others have also expressed dissatisfaction with her behavior. It is disheartening that the owners seem indifferent to the impact this negative individual has on their business.

5 star price was outrageous for off-season, when the park was at best a 2.5 star.
