Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast- biscuit with sausage and gravy (first hotel who has this! Never see this at Embassy Suites). Pet friendly- gave my pups treats and a letter for them! Super cuteee! Front desk lady at 3am on Feb 12 is 5 stars - thank you so much for being helpful after a long rough day. It’s not a 4-5 star hotel so don’t expect a room with no “baggage”. I had a King size rm. bigger than I expected- feels more of a suite. Clean rooms. AC works great. Definitely worth the $113/night. La Quinta was charging me $200. Check out is at 12pm! 😀

The location was ideal for our needs but our first room was filled with mold. Then we were upgraded to a suite and the suite was littered with bugs all over the walls, windows and floors. If we weren’t exhausted from travels we would have found another place to stay. The front desk was as helpful as they could have been giving us an upgrade but the room experience was horrible.

The rooms all smelled moldy and each room we were in had a dehumidifier that we had to empty every couple of hours. The first room was so bad smell wise we had to get a different one that was only a little better. We saw a roach but just one. We also had breakfast one day left half of it on the table ran up to the store and it was covered in tiny ants when we got back. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. I think the hotel maybe just needs to be renovated. The price wasn't very cheap either in comparison to the more premium hotels in town. Location wouldn't be bad but they are doing some road construction in front and it can take up to 15 minutes to pull out sometimes with the amount of traffic in the morning and in the evening.

Stopped overnight on a long road trip. This hotel had some of the best ratings & it’s convenient to the interstate. The night check-in clerk was pleasant and professional. The room was nice, clean & comfy. The door to the bathroom was hard to open & close but otherwise everything else was in working order. The one thing I found very odd was how dirty the hall carpet was from the elevator to the room (luckily the room didn’t have carpet!). It honestly looked like that carpet had not been vacuumed in months and there were large stains in a few places. Otherwise this hotel was a great place for an overnight clean & safe place to spend the night. I would also suggest to management to find a better tasting coffee for breakfast in the mornings.

Awful. Old, run down, hole in the flooring, sink was clogged, fridge didn't work. Walls were so think I could hear the guy snoring next door. Guy at the front desk was mean and nasty. Didn't want to give me another room. It was 11:30 p.m., and I wasn't packing my things and moving to another room. He said he couldn't give a guest a key to two rooms. I told him I'm not moving my things. He said "we're gonna take a hit on this." And that means what? And that means what to me? I paid for a clean, comfortable room, not an older hotel. Super disappointed. I checked reviews before booking on Orbitz. 4.8/5. Maybe I have a higher standard of what a hotel should be but this is ridiculous! Never again!
