Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Helen, GA

Rooms were clean and comfortable. This property had everything my family and I were looking for. Indoor pool, suite big enough for a family of 4, and continental breakfast. The staff was amazing, especially the kitchen manager! I didn’t get her name but she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped my son make a waffle safely. They have bedbug protectors on every bed which is a must for me when I stay in hotels. We will definitely be back to this location when we visit Helen again.

We stayed 4 nights to come up and see the snow. We had a really nice time just hanging out at the hotel because almost everything was closed. Everyone at the front desk were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and we had alot of room. Coffee and hot chocolate available all day. We will Definitely be staying here again next time we come up here.

Beds are terrible. So uncomfortably hard. Didnt sleep much. Breakfast was good. Very little toilet paper, ran out in the middle of the night. Toilet seat moved back and forth. Pool was nice. Location was good. No hot water in shower.

MY husband, mother, and I stayed here the weekend before Christmas. When we had first gotten there My mom lost her footing walking in and had fell. Mrs Beth was very helpful, courteous, and professional. She called emts to check my mom out and make sure she was ok. Our stay there was wonderful. Friendly management and staff. They had clean rooms and great breakfast options. We will be staying again in the summer.

The staff of this place is completely incompetent. When I booked the reservation it gave me the option to pay at the property upon arrival. However, I was unable to go due to having pneumonia so I called the hotel and explained the situation, then had them put the reservation in my wife’s name because her and the kids still wanted to go which they did no problem. At NO point during ANY communication did they express the need for money to hold my reservation. I talked to them again about an hour prior to my wife’s arrival because they attempted to charge my card the full amount of the room before I even arrived. When I called them I told them my wife should be there soon, they said not a problem we can hold it until 6:30. My wife and the kids were there about 5:30-5:45, but did not have a room to stay in because the receptionist had given it away after already establishing an understanding that my family was almost there and getting confirmation that the hotel was going to hold the reservation. So now my family, after driving nearly 3 hours has to find a new place to stay and pay an even higher price because of the last minute position the ignorant staff of this business put them in. I will NEVER use this place again. Unbelievable how you can have a business that customer service is the focal point of, but treat customers/guest in such an unprofessional manner. In my opinion this place needs a complete overhaul of the front of house staff and management.
