Don't waste your money. Very gross hotel! Broken down and outdated. Pool is small. Windows were screwed shut and had cracks in them. Bathtub has mold. Don't waste your money.( I have no idea how this place has 3.7 stars)
Perfect location for where we were going. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was the same as in all choice hotels, could be better. The service was great. Everyone that we met that worked there went out of there way to make us feel welcomed, very friendly.
We arrived at the hotel and the guy at the desk just seemed rude, prissy and not a people person. We go to our rooms just to walk down stained carpeted hallways with water damaged walls. This place was so outdated. The bath tub had mold on the bathtub itself and on the ceiling above. We had a exit door right by our room that led to the parking lot which which quit working so we couldn't get back in. There was trash out on the side walk, a pile of ice cream right where you walked. The queen beds didn't seem like queens. They were more like full sized. The pillows sucked they were like pancakes. I usually sleep through the night but between the uncomfortable beds and the crappy pillows I was up multiple times during the night. This wasn't worth the 322 for the two nights. This is definitely more like a 68 dollars per night kind of hotel. I would not recommend this place!
Stayed with the intention of utilizing the pool only to find out after checking in and getting into our swimwear that the pool was closed with no explanation given and no warning at check in maybe giving us an opportunity to cancel our reservation and stay somewhere else. This is what happens when you book through a third party like Expedia.
Just ok stay. The rooms were dusty and . pretty sure the floors were not vacuumed. Breakfast was good. Not going to recommend or go back. Sorry, clean it up.
