Questionable on cleanliness. Towels were crunchy like line dried. Definitely not soft. Toilet seat permanently stained. Hot tub jets not clean. Rusty lamps. Chairs and rugs heavily stained in common areas. You decide if worth $111/night offseason. We purchased king room but not hot tub room. So small stall shower. Key card kept failing …. Both of them.

Didn't have a key card during our two night stay which was very inconvenient. The staff did the best they could with what they had to work with. Carpets and furniture were all stained and the bed was very uncomfortable, no room service at all and trash can piled full in the halls. The breakfast area was clean and well kept and the food was good. When we got home and checked our bank we had an extra $50 tacked to the bill. Want be staying here again.

Key cards don’t work and they said they haven’t worked for several days. Need hotel staff to let you into the room every time. Found four bugs in the bathroom, including a cockroach. Room smells weird. The shower drips and spills onto the bathroom floor. The elevator hasn’t been checked since 2022. EDIT TO ADD: I do want to add that the staff of the hotel was really polite and quickly let us into our room every single time we came back. It was still annoying to not have our own keycards, but at least we didn’t have to wait a long time to be let in.

Overall, it's not a bad experience. The room was clean and smelled good. Check in and out was painless. The one issue we had was that there is only 1 elevator, and it was either broken down or under maintenance the day we checked out. We used the stairs to get to our 5th floor room. It was not a huge deal, but we had walked about 8-10 miles that morning at the bike rally and was tired. By the time we showered and packed, it was operational again.

Key card did not work for 2 day stay someone had to let us in the room everything. Pool was hardly heated and concrete was falling apart, rust in bottom of pool. Breakfast was a slim selection. 2nd day we had a better breakfast. Staff did not dress as if they worked thier other than 1 employee. Jogging pants with headphones attire. Owner needs to invest in remodeling and retraining in the cleaning department.
