Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Muskegon, MI

The staff at this hotel is very unprofessional. They talk to the guests any way that they want. They are rude. The manager attempted to assault a guest with a broom because the guest was inquiring about their deposit. They will kick you out of the hotel with no explanation and keep your money. They have drug addicts, who bring their kids to work, working at the front desk. I experienced so much racism at this hotel and I refuse to ever step foot into it again.

I wish I had taken some pictures while I stayed here because this place has a cool, old-school aesthetic look. It's affordable and clean, but like a lot older hotels, it's in some need of tender loving care. Just keeping this place up and operating has to be expensive, but I'm glad that I found it. The indoor pool area is very cool, with an air hockey and pool table, plus there's a jacuzzi. I highly recommend this place for travelers who need a place to stay.

this hotel is horrible they are rude and physical with their guests. A lady refunded a deposit to someone who’s name was NOT on the paperwork for the room. the woman proceeded to threaten the guest with a broom, jumped the guest over HER mistake that is also against company policies this incident needs to be handled immediately this is unacceptable and no one should down their money here RESPECT ALL GUESTS & ALWAYS FOLLOW THE COMPANY THAT YOU ARE EMPLOYED WITH RULES & GUIDELINES. that employee was NOT doing her job and put a human being safety at risk due to her negligence

NO heat in rooms!! NO heat in the pool room!! Lady at counter said she could grab a space heater. But NO space heater was brought to the room. Went to the front desk, NO receptionist!! Called "0" and NO answer!! Rented 2 rooms for a business trip. NEVER would we ever again come here!!! NOT to mention the check in lady quoted a totally different price than when we booked and the confirmation email!! We better be ONLY playing for one room. We own a business ourselves and this is NOT good customer service. COLD rooms!!

Overall not a terrible hotel. However, it is a far cry from a good one either. The rooms seem due for a remodel. EVERYTIME I have stayed here they not once had full bath supplies. This time the exhaust fan was broke, no tissue, towels looked light tan instead of white, tv remote was missing a battery and nothing looked freshly cleaned. The young lady working the desk was very helpful and the overall experience including location is great.
