Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Myrtle Beach, SC

The hotel was good overall but had a few issues, such as a slow-draining tub and a toilet that ran all night. I appreciated the comfortable beds, and the suite was very spacious, which worked well for our family of five. The hot breakfast was average but better than some options I've had in the past. The location wasn't particularly special, as the beach is about three miles away. However, the room price in December was excellent. I would stay here again if needed for the price.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently on vacation. Was a nice quiet hotel. The staff was very friendly. Our room was updated and was really nice. We loved the hot tub, the pool however is not heated so it is quite cold even though it’s indoors. The morning breakfast is awesome. Lots of options. The only odd thing was you have to request room service if you want it which we didn’t know. It’s a good location, nice short drive to the beach.

Check in was smooth and staff were friendly. Aside from the faux leather chair, the room was clean. The breakfast was good- standard for any hotel who offers free breakfast. My husband really enjoyed the coffee which was available 24hrs. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean.The location is right off a highway- central Myrtle Beach area so you definitely need a vehicle. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from the hustle of beach area, this place is for you.

My stay here was the worse experience of ever staying in a hotel. Our bath tub was clogged, bathing in others filth. Staff was unprofessional. The women who came to our room raised her voice at me and told me her personal business on why she is having a worse day then me and left my room slamming the door. We were floored at our experience with her. They did not have maintenance on site or even someone to call in an emergency. She said she could call someone but could not give me a time frame of when they could be there. Someone from house keeping came to try to unclog the tub. He was speaking on his phone on speaker to someone speaking in another language,. He stayed on speaker speaking with them while in the bathroom. We finally asked him to hang up as they were speaking very loud. He stated it was his wife. Very unprofessional. No one ever checked back in with us. It is one thing for these things to happen but it was the way the whole situation was handled (really not handled) Management works remote. No way to contact except email. I have emailed and called 4 times since my stay still without a response. When I call they give me the run around that they can only email management too. They say management has not responded to their emails about my complaint either. I have never heard of a business run like this. I am floored that after multiple calls to the hotel and emails to management I have still not got a response and it will be 3 wks tomorrow that we stayed there!! DISGUSTED!!

Asked for a 100$ deposit breakfast is bagels and toast with a choice of waffle..... the restrooms though remodeled are still exposing rust... unfortunately our hard earned money keeps this place going, no eggs no turkey and water utilities throughout hotel that dont cut off... but the staff is respectful i didn't have no issues
