Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville Airport East, TN

The rooms here are quite spacious, though they feel a bit outdated. There was a noticeable crack in the ceiling from mold that hadn’t been fixed, which was a downside. On the plus side, the front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful, happily providing extra blankets and towels. Considering this hotel is $50 to $60 cheaper per night than nearby options, that’s its biggest perk. We chose it because it’s just an 8-minute drive from the airport.

My husband and I got a room here for my birthday weekend and stayed in room 223. When we checked in we had no problem with service and was greeted by a well mannered young man. However, once we got to our room the first problem was the smell. It smelled musky and old. We played it off as maybe the previous people were older or the neighbors were. The next problem was the huge piece of glass missing from the broken window in the bedroom. My husband also showed concern for the bacteria growing in the window seal and the screws holding the window together. The location was also rough to get too. The road was covered in cars and people were directing trafficking and not communicating and causing jams. The next day (my birthday, feb 1st) we decided to go to the mall where a possible active shooting happened and once we made it back to the hotel safely, thankfully, we packed our stuff and I asked for a refund for the next night because of the traumatic event we just witnessed I had wanted to go home and they said no, that it wasn’t possible. I’m not upset about the money but I am upset about how my birthday stay went and will not be returning.

I had an excellent stay here. Firstly I was greeted by Raquel who was professional, very sweet and fast. I was checked in within a minute. The rooms are large, spaced out, clean, with comfortable beds and my King had 5 pillows!! There was a 58” WiFi Samsung TV in my room so that was a huge plus! The hotel was also very quiet and clean, overall. The breakfast was absolutely incredible! They had eggs, biscuits, sausage, 5 different branded cereals, donuts, pastries, yogurts, toast, waffles, OJ, milk, coffee and apple juice. What else could anyone ask for! Great job guys! You offer an incredible value for your service and I really appreciate that in these times!

Pricing was good, rooms were clean, housekeeping was nice. When we first checked in, there were multiple people at front desk, we notified them that there was broken glass from a smashed window on side of building. Checked out three days later, still there. I want to stay at places where there is inactive to make things right. The fact it wasn't handled in several days is something else...

Hotel was amazing but staff management was rude changing deposit sometimes deposit 75 sometimes $50 I don’t know. Is it because I’m African-American but been staying there for about a week it’s a lot of weird stuff going on at this hotel too so I will not be staying here ever again once a business shows its true colors especially to a local that’s in a messed up situation but paying to stay like other PEOPLE and getting treated with the lowest respect and the worker at night told me that they were having a conversation about me like there were going to be putting me out if I’m late paying the incidentals but regardless room was paid for, and that was the only thing missing So how would yall discuss things about me and not call the customer like I said sneaky ain’t no telling it may be secret cameras in the room my energy telling me to my this post and vacate because it’s a weird things going on at this hotel too.
