Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nashville, TN

Inexpensive hotel, much more than expected! As we arrived it was very welcoming, decorated for Christmas. The lobby was clean and smelled good. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was outstanding! Yes maybe a few maintenance issues like peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling, but overall it was extremely clean, comfortable, and very homey. It was up to date but not too modern and "cold" . The beds were very comfortable, lots of pillows, I loved the linens! I wish the bathroom was a little bigger but it was sufficient. It had the best shower ever!! Water was super hot and great pressure! I appreciated that they had DirecTV so we had lots of channels to choose from, unlike some other big name hotel chains. Breakfast was great-sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, bagels, muffins, juices, waffles... And the breakfast room was very clean and organized. Nice to see other guests in there enjoying their morning. All of the staff was very friendly including the housekeepers who wished us a good morning. I will definitely stay here again!

We were at the same brand of hotel by the airport last 2 nights and it was horrible! Let me tell you that not all these hotels with the same name are the same. They are independent of each other. This hotel smelled so good from the start. Tastefully decorated. No spatters on the wall, the toilet seats actually stayed in place, I did not feel the bed springs, and the corners of the bathroom do not have mold. It is clean! It was actually a pleasure to walk into the front door and have someone smile and greet me. I am going to sleep good tonight!!

Everyone at country inn suites are Amazing and very courteous and awesome human beings wish the world will be just 10% of how kind and nice real humans are plus the Coffee and cookies are Like WHOA 😳🤩🤩Honest to God ! I give them 6 stars no No Honestly they are Truly 7 stars I didn’t even talk about the Manger miss.Jean and the front desk cute girl Stefanie just a truly amazing hospitality and the biggest this is they knew how to take care of 9 Bad kids there only 5 but it feels like 9 !! And also the breakfast lady Lela just awesome lady !!! And the rooms are clean and fresh and when housekeeping comes they do an awesome job why stay at other places when you have this !!!!

Fairly convenient location. Rooms were clean, and I felt safe. Most of desk people were very friendly, a couple were indifferent and that's ok too, but I noticed the contrast. The breakfast attendant was hard working, making sure everything was maintained and stocked. She was a very nice lady who spoke Spanish, I can't remember her name.

Longtime rewards member traveling for work. I forgot my wallet in a city 6 hours away which was foolish on my part. Hotel would not check me in even when I offered to have my wife send photo copies of my ID and the card as well as tap to pay with the card in question. I even offered to remake the reservation using the choice app and prepaying. The girl working the desk was trying to be helpful but the manager overheard and webt on a power trip. Having formerly worked for Choice Hotels (their parent company) for over 10 years and knowing how easy it is to resolve this situation instead a productive way instead of making it worse, it’s frustrating that a person who stays with your brand for the loyalty perks should be treated as if your riff raff. Some people don’t have enough hospitality for the hospitality business. Also, I’d like to thank Choice Hotels for helping me find a sister property fairly close that took the time to work with and resolve the problem.
