The check in process and the service when we arrived was great. Unfortunately There were two roaches in the bathroom and you can tell the shower had not been cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, but we could hear a lot of of the traffic because of the corner room next to the freeway. Even though we closed the blackout curtains, we could still see the light from the big billboard. Staff very friendly.
Due to unforeseen work circumstances, I had to cancel my 8 night visit that I prepaid. I had a lot of difficulty getting a refund from the booking agency. Angel, the manager and her general manager diligently persevered for two weeks discussing with the booking agency to recover the majority of the money that I had prepaid. I was grateful for their tremendous effort but did not expect the booking agency to refund the money. However, Angel and her GM's effort was successful. I am grateful for this outstanding customer service and genuine concern for customers' well being.
I had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn and suites by Radisson. The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I will definitely be returning in the future
Very nice and serviceable hotel, had zero problems on my one-night stay. Check-in was quick and friendly. Room was very large with nice furnishings, including a small microwave and fridge. TV worked. Plenty of plugs for recharging devices. Fairly quiet, even with a location right next to I-35. Elevator relatively speedy, large and clean. Breakfast area is large and well set up, very accessible. Hot and cold choices available. Only negative, albeit a small one, was the entry/exit to the property. It would be nice if there was a way to exit/enter from the back of the property instead of off the frontage road. I would recommend this property to others who want a nice place to stay that won't break the budget.
Hotel was nice, the staff was very nice and the bfast was good. IMO, the property could use a few touch-ups. I did not like the roadway noise in the room as it is right off the freeway. But it's a great location.
