Managers are nice, but needs updates. If you want TV or internet you have to purchase your own. The "fitness center" is a couple pieces of old equipment in a 10x10 room. Only amenity is laundry. Ok for a short stay.
This place has it all from the roaches, the green pool, creeps, rude management, and no wifi (which is in fact advertised on their business cards. I would not recommend staying here especially if you have teenage daughters or if you’re a single woman.
Doug is absolutely amazing! Definitely a go out of his way kind of guy for anybody! Even if he barely knows you, definitely recommend staying here! The pool stays clean, and the atmosphere is very friendly!
If I could rate this place on just the people and the up keep it would be a 5!! Except the bathrooms, they really need a cleaning. But the road noise is awful. It starts early in the morning and goes into the night. I work nights so it was especially awful for me. We were parked close to the pool. So closer to hwy 49. I’m not sure how loud it is near the back of the campground. Also your children can’t go outside alone. It’s a rule. They really don’t have many places to play.
The individual was very nice and seemed to appreciate my inquiry about a spot to put my R.V. I encourage anyone looking for a spot to consider this site for yourself. I apologize for not getting more info about amenities. I will check on that for my next post.
