I had the best experience. I stayed here because my surgeons office recommends this location for out of towners. I live about 2 hours away and from my first interaction with Angie, to all the ladies I met for the 2 day stay, I was treated so kindly and professionally. The room was really nice with an updated modern vibe. The bed was comfortable and clean. Thank you ladies for being so kind and caring during my stay. Would highly recommend this location!
EXCELLENT STAFF!!! VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY EAGER TO OFFER ASSISTANCE FOR WHATEVER YOU MAY NEED!!! Saun M. went above and beyond to help me navigate my luggage from my truck to my room without me ever having to ask for help!!! The staff are kind and caring by nature... THAT IS EXTREMELY RARE IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY THESE DAYS!!! You are always greeted with a warm, welcoming smile and a salutation to have a safe journey when you leave... BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN!!! DEFINITELY worth checking out!!!
The hotel and room was very clean and the host Danielle was more than welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was better than any exceptions (we all know traveling with Toodlers can be rough) she was so kind to our family. Thank you Danielle! April was also amazing to us! We can’t thank both of them enough. We will definitely be back while we travel through. Well worth the stay and location was nice as well.
Friendly and efficient staff. The rooms are large with high ceilings. Very clean room. The food and beverage options were also good. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
We had our wedding at this beautiful Cartersville location. I am so glad to have had a pleasant greeting with April initially in utilizing the facility. In lieu of us further making a decision to commit to utilizing the facility as our ultimate venue, Jamie was truly a joy to work with throughout the entire process and exceptional to say the least!!! She, along with the staff literally helped to make our very special day one of the best days of our lives!!!! From day one of planning, the timely response and service was impeccable. Not only was the responsiveness and service impeccable, this staff made us feel sooooo welcomed and truly like family🩷. We are so very grateful and thankful to all of you and that we chose Courtyard Marriott Cartersville! We will certainly continue to choose it again and again for future endeavors, as well as just enjoying being there, “at our new home away from home lol”. Thank you and we love you all dearly.
