Our experience with Marilyn at the desk makes our stay memorable and enjoyable. Additionally, we observed her providing the same professional care to each guest. The hotel rooms show signs of aging but it’s clean and comfortable. Overall, a good experience for the price point.
Upon arrival, the desk clerk, Shay was terrific. She was friendly and cheerful. She quickly found my registration. She already had my room upgrade and welcome package set up as a Titanium member. The hotel was conveniently located for my appointment. It was a very nicely appointed and neat. My room was clean and comfortable and suited all my needs. There is also a little bistro and a bar off the main lobby as well. If back in the area, I will definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel in the middle of Mt. Pleasant. Lobby and rooms were both well appointed. Fire pit outside was nice. Pool and hot tub were closed for repair and or renovation, but not a problem as it was only 40 degrees. Next time in the area we will likely stay here again.
It was a one night stay. Lobby smells terrible bc they are refinishing the hard wood floors. Rooms were accommodating. Perfect location for what we came to Charleston for.
Front desk lost my reservation, charged my card twice, was completely rude, and somehow it was my fault she lost the reservation. Completely unacceptable the way she treated me. Hilton never has these problems. I checked in 12/19 4:55pm
